Terms of service
Last updated: July 2026
The agreement in plain English
When you instruct us, we act for you in pursuing your financial mis-selling claim. You’ll receive a full written agreement before anything starts. These terms summarise how we work, and the written agreement always takes precedence.
Our fee
The eligibility check is free. If your claim succeeds, our fee is a percentage of the redress you receive, capped by the FCA and never more than 25% + VAT. The exact fee band and a worked example in pounds are shown to you before you sign.
If your claim is unsuccessful, you pay nothing.
Your right to cancel
You can cancel within 14 days of signing at no cost, for any reason. After that, you can still cancel at any time; if we’ve done substantive work on your claim, we may charge a reasonable amount reflecting the work done, which we’ll always explain first.
The free alternatives
You do not need to use a claims management company. You can complain directly to the firm involved and, if unresolved, refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service or the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) yourself, for free.
What we need from you
- Honest, accurate information about your circumstances.
- Authority to obtain your records from the firms involved.
- Telling us if your contact details change.
Our promises to you
- Plain-English updates at every stage of your claim.
- No fee unless your claim succeeds, and never above the FCA cap.
- Your data handled as set out in our privacy policy.
- A clear complaints procedure, with the Ombudsman behind it.
