Am I eligible?
How do I know if I was mis-sold?
Common signs: you felt rushed, the risks or fees weren't explained, you were promised returns that sounded too good, or your pension has lost money since a transfer. You don't need to be sure. Tell us what happened and we'll check for free.
My transfer was years ago. Is it too late?
Often no. You generally have six years from the advice, or three years from when you realised (or should have realised) something was wrong, and many people only realise when their pension statements start looking bad. Check rather than assume.
The firm that advised me has closed down. Can I still claim?
Usually yes. If the firm has failed, your claim can go to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), which can pay up to £85,000 per firm.

What if my claim isn't worth pursuing?
We'll tell you plainly, explain why, and you'll owe us nothing. We'd rather be straight with you than waste your time.
Fees & the free routes
What does it cost?
Checking is free, and there's nothing to pay if your claim doesn't succeed. If it does, our fee is never more than 25% + VAT of what you get back, and less on larger recoveries, where the FCA's caps apply. We show you the exact figure before you commit. The one exception: if you cancel after the 14-day cooling-off period and we've already done substantive work, we may charge a reasonable amount for that work.

Can I claim without using you?
Yes. You can complain directly to the firm, and refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service or the FSCS yourself, for free. Some people prefer us to handle the evidence, the arguments and the chasing. That's the service you're paying for.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. One fee, charged only on success, shown to you in pounds before you sign, and no admin fees. You can cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period at no cost; if you cancel later, once we've done substantive work, we may charge a reasonable amount reflecting the time spent. How it's worked out is in our terms, and we'd always explain it before it applied.
The process
How long does a claim take?
Firms have 8 weeks to respond. If the case goes to the Financial Ombudsman or FSCS, several months is typical, and complex SIPP cases can take a year or more. We'll give you a realistic estimate at the start and keep you updated at every step.

Do I need my old paperwork?
No. It helps if you have it, but we can request the records from your pension provider and the firm that advised you.
Will this affect my credit score?
No. Checking your eligibility and making a claim have no effect on your credit score.
Will I have to go to court?
Almost never. Pension mis-selling claims are resolved through complaints to the firm, the Financial Ombudsman or the FSCS, not the courts.
How do I follow my claim's progress?
Every client gets a portal login showing their claim's status, a plain-English timeline of everything that's happened, and their handler's direct contact details.
