Privacy policy

Clarity Claims Ltd (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for the personal information you give us. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under registration ZA465546. You can contact us about your data at info@clarityclaims.com.

We collect only what we need to run your claim:

• Contact details (name, email and phone) to keep you updated.
• Details of your pension transfer (provider, dates and what you were told) to assess and pursue your claim.
• Records we obtain, with your permission, from your pension provider and the firm that advised you.

Our lawful bases are contract (running your claim), legitimate interests (responding to your enquiry), and legal obligation (FCA record-keeping rules).

• We never sell your data.
• We never add you to marketing lists you didn’t ask for.
• We never share your information except with the parties needed to run your claim: the firm, your provider, the Financial Ombudsman Service or the FSCS.

We keep claim files for six years after your claim closes, as required by FCA rules, then delete them securely. If you enquire but don’t proceed, we delete your details after 12 months.

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or stop using your personal information, or to receive a copy of it in a portable format. Email info@clarityclaims.comand we’ll respond within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Our website uses only the cookies needed to run it, for example keeping you logged in to your claim portal. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
